The UX Community of Spiral Design Center comprises the center’s graduates with more than 200 members. Topics include career path after graduation, interaction, and Q&A in the UX field. People in this community share their experiences with the whole world and create the best experience.

• Mentored and coached more than 120 junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, collaboration, and career development, resulting in notable improvements in their skill sets and professional growth.
• Ran 24 workshops and training sessions on design thinking, usability, and best practices within the team.
• Handled feedback sessions with mentees to gather insights on the effectiveness of mentorship programs, identifying areas for improvement and refinement.

• Optimized end-to-end group purchasing design process, resulting in a 58% increase in group purchasing conversion rate.
• Conducted user research, and created wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics which increased the satisfaction of users by 22%.
• Worked closely with more than 3 product and development teams to implement design specifications, like set events to gather and track the quantitative data.
• Collaborated with the development team to enhance accessibility from incorporating proper color contrasts and intuitive navigation to optimizing screen reader compatibility.
